卓越教师培养的目标取向与价值内涵

就哲学内涵而言,卓越教师追求人格健全与完善、具有自我超越精神,能够演化一种“生生之意”的教育,并有“极高明而道中庸”的德性。从人格结构的角度来说,卓越教师具有责任意识、创新精神、国际视野、审美情怀与实践能力五种人格素养的基本特征,并论述了其内存的关联,把对卓越教师的人格结构理解为德、智、乐、能发展的综合。     

基于 CDIO 理念下的高校实践教学体系的构建

以培养具有实践创新能力和工程设计能力的应用型人才为导向,在高校实践教学中引入 CDIO 工程教育理念,设计了基于 CDIO 工程教育理念的实践教学课程计划,构建了融 CDIO 教育理念的多过程、多层次、多模式、多元化的实践教学新体系,完善了实践教学保障体系以及学生的 CDIO 能力评价体系,以期在实践教学方面有所突破,从而实现蕴含 CDIO 教育理念的教学目标,培养学生的创新意识和 CDIO 工程实践能力。

阐述了勘查技术与工程专业人才培养模式教学改革的目标、指导思想、改革的基本思路.重点论述了专业人才培养模式教学改革、专业课程内容与体系改革、实践教学体系改革及改革的具体措施等.     

村域脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的衔接机制及路径

脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的衔接问题是目前“三农”领域的关注焦点。已有的研究中,多从政策理论层面宏观分析两种战略的辩证关系以及如何实现有序衔接。该研究从基层实践入手,以陕西省蒲城县D村为案例,探寻其在脱贫攻坚及乡村振兴衔接中的实践逻辑,研究D村在实现二者有效融合过程中的衔接机制。研究发现:从实践逻辑上看,脱贫攻坚补齐了乡村振兴中的“绝对贫困”短板,乡村振兴为建立长效脱贫机制提供内在动力。在这一互涵式实践逻辑的指引下,D村探索形成了以产业升级机制为核心、主体培育机制为关键、有效治理机制为基础、组织统筹机制为保障的衔接机制。最后提出村域脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的实施路径,即推动传统农业向创新农业稳步升级,推动传统农民向现代农民积极转变,推动传统治理向乡村善治循序转化,推动扶贫组织体系向乡村振兴组织体系平稳过渡。     

Heterogeneity in Parent‐reported Social Skill Development in Early Elementary School Children

Despite known risks associated with aberrant social skill development, there has been a relative dearth of literature on typical developmental changes in social skills over time. In this study, we examine systematic changes in social skills from kindergarten (typical age of 5–6 years) to third grade (typical age of 8–9 years), and focus on systematic heterogeneity across these developmental trajectories. Data came from the National Head Start—Public School Early Childhood Transition Demonstration Project (N = 6964). Mixture models provide evidence for multiple classes of individuals representing heterogeneity in the development of social skills. Classes were defined as a majority class (whose trajectories remained relatively stable over time), an increasing class (whose trajectories increased at a faster rate than the majority class), and a decreasing class (whose trajectories decreased at a faster rate than the majority class). Developmental trends accounted for a substantial proportion of the variance in social skill components. Implications and limitations of the study are discussed.     

A New Look at Home Care and the Hospital Social Worker

Clinical, administrative and social action reasons for expanding social work services in hospital based home care programs are persuasive. Hospital departments of social work should consider carefully how they may expand services in home care and coordinate and integrate such activities with social work and discharge planning processes occurring throughout the hospital. It is necessary for social work leadership to be present on professional advisory, quality assurance and similar committees and to use these committees as arenas for expanding the social work role in home care.     

高职高专学生软技能指标体系的构建、实施与评估

通过对高职高专学生所需要的软技能进行分析,结合用人单位的实际要求,构建出一套符合高职高专教育层次的软技能培养指标体系,并提出如何在现有条件下贯彻和实施该指标体系,以及围绕该指标体系的建立应该怎样进行相应的教学改革。     

计算机网络课程建设的研究与实践

由于计算机网络课程理论性、实践性都很强，从课程内容、成绩考核、教学方式与方法进行了改革与实践，并把职业资格认证纳入到教学计划中，同时与企业教师进行互动，这些改革提高了学生的实践能力、创业能力和就业能力。     

The Family Group Within the Nursing Home:

An ongoing monthly family group was implemented in an intermediate care facility in hopes of improving communication between staff and families of long term care residents. Other objectives of the group were to provide families with information about policies and procedures, education about the aging process, and to facilitate an informal support group network where families could share problems and concerns. The feedback and evaluation process indicated that sharing feelings of anger, quiet, frustration and other emotions helped the families deal with the responsibilities of institutionalizing a relative and helped to facilitate better communication between staff and family members.
